This is the Official Merchandise Store for the Competitor Group. Track your shipment online with our UPS tracking service. Your order number can be used to track your shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it gets to your front door.

Our merchandise is shipped via UPS wherever possible in the United States. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please indicate an alternate address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for domestic and Canadian deliveries, 6-8 weeks for international deliveries. Please call for other forms of expedited delivery available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated via UPS Tools. Prices are based on geographic location and weight.

Shipment Delivery

Items purchased after 4:00 p.m PST are considered an order for the following day. Items usually ship in 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

Competitor Group accepts merchandise returns made within 30 days of shipment with a note requesting a credit back to your charge card. Include your order number in order for us to be able to access your information without delay. Package needs to be returned postage paid by you in clean and unworn condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If this policy is not kept the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be given.
